Eric Young retired in 2024 after more than three decades with the Ogden Police Department, the last three as Chief of Police. His tenure drove a reduction of more than 60% in serious crime. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, an M.S. in Business, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He currently serves as Director of Law Enforcement Solutions at DekkoSecure and as a consultant for Cybertech (Geoshield).

Chris Cowan has 32 years in law enforcement, serving as Deputy Chief of South Carolina's largest local police agency and founding Chief of Police in Cayce, SC. As Executive Director he led the development of the Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Program at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, South Carolina Executive Institute, FBI Command College, and the Australian Institute of Police Management.
Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst
Brett Young is a Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst with 10 years of professional experience in qualitative and quantitative criminal intelligence analysis, specializing in technological data from a variety of sources. The intelligence gathered provides support to further investigations leading to successful prosecutions. His role includes briefing a variety of audiences of technical and non-technical cohorts, from intelligence briefings to court testimony.
