Eric Young retired in 2024 after more than three decades with the Ogden Police Department, the last three as Chief of Police. His tenure drove a reduction of more than 60% in serious crime. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, an M.S. in Business, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He currently serves as Director of Law Enforcement Solutions at DekkoSecure and as a consultant for Cybertech (Geoshield).

He holds a B.A. in Political Science and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, South Carolina Executive Institute, FBI Command College, and the Australian Institute of Police Management.

Brett Young is a Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst with 10 years of professional experience in qualitative and quantitative criminal intelligence analysis, specializing in technological data from a variety of sources. His role includes briefing a variety of audiences of technical and non-technical cohorts, from intelligence briefings to court testimony.
