- The scene: It starts at the scene. Body-worn video, CCTV, phone extractions, scene photos and 3D scans. One incident can produce hundreds of files before anyone leaves the scene.
- Collect: Every file goes straight into the case. Officers and evidence teams upload into the case. Witnesses send footage through a submission link or QR code, with no account and no view of the case.
- Organize: Tag it once. Find it any time. Cases carry attributes such as lead agency, incident type, year and status, so everyone with access filters straight to the evidence they need.
- Review: Watch, listen and transcribe in the browser. Play footage without downloading it. Dekko Edge AI writes timestamped transcripts, translates 24 languages into English and flags sounds like breaking glass for review.
- Share: Share access, not copies. The lead agency gives partner agencies, the forensic lab and the district attorney's office access to the case. Permissions decide who can view or download what.
- Disclose: Disclose to the defense from the same record. Defense counsel gets access to the evidence in the disclosure, and every view, download and change to access is logged against the file.
- Court: Into court with the whole history. Export the case's full audit trail as CSV and show who handled each file, and when, from collection to disclosure.
